Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
MPire Services LLC ("MPire," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website mpserves.com and the Goldie AI service. We are based in Raleigh, North Carolina. You can contact us at mcoleman@mpserves.com.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Name and email address when you sign up or contact us
- Business information you share during onboarding (brokerage, market area, deal volume)
- Client and lead data you import into the Goldie dashboard
- Payment information processed through Stripe (we never see your full card number)
Information from connected services
- Gmail messages accessed via Google OAuth (sender, subject, body, and timestamps) to generate draft replies for you to review
- CRM data you choose to bring in (contact import from a CRM you connect, or CSV import)
- We do not currently access your Google Calendar or any other Google service beyond Gmail
Usage and analytics data
- Pages visited and features used within the dashboard
- Draft approval rates and session activity (used to improve Goldie's performance for your account)
- Device type, browser, and general location (country/region level only)
Website demo
If you paste an email into the "Try Goldie on a real email" demo, its text is sent to our AI language model provider (Anthropic) only to draft the reply you see. We do not store the email you paste or the draft. To prevent abuse, we keep the time of each demo draft and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to 30 days. If you type your first name into the guided tour, it stays in your browser for that visit and is not sent to us.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and deliver the Goldie AI service — reading your inbox, generating drafts, delivering morning briefs
- To personalize Goldie's voice calibration to match your communication style
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send service-related communications (receipts, setup reminders, feature updates)
- To improve the accuracy and performance of Goldie for your specific account
- To respond to your support requests and questions
We do not sell your data. We do not use your email content to train general AI models. We do not share your client information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Google Data
When you connect your Gmail account, MPire uses the Google OAuth 2.0 protocol and asks for two Gmail permissions:
- Read your email (gmail.readonly) — so Goldie can see new messages and write a draft reply for you to review
- Send email on your behalf (gmail.send) — so a reply you approve is sent from your own Gmail account. Goldie never sends anything until you approve it
What that means in practice:
- We store a copy of the messages we retrieve (sender, subject, body, and timestamps), Goldie's draft, and the reply you send, in your MPire account so they appear in your inbox and can give Goldie context. They are kept until you delete them or close your account
- Your Gmail password is never seen or stored by MPire. We store Google OAuth tokens in our database, protected by row-level security, so Goldie can keep working without asking you to sign in each time
- Message content is sent to our AI language model provider (Anthropic) only to generate your draft replies
- MPire staff do not read your email content, except with your permission (for example when you ask for support), or where required for security, abuse investigation, or by law
- We do not use your email content for advertising, sell it, or use it to train AI models
- You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by disconnecting Gmail in MPire. Deleting your account revokes the token and removes your stored messages
MPire's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. We implement industry-standard security practices including:
- Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS on all connections
- Row-level security ensuring each user can only access their own data
- Database storage encrypted at rest by our database provider, with server-side keys kept out of the browser
- No storage of payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe)
6. Third-Party Services
We work with the following third-party providers to deliver our service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Anthropic — AI language model used to generate email drafts
- Google — Gmail integration via OAuth
- Vercel — website and application hosting
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- PostHog — product usage analytics, which may be linked to your account (name and email)
Each provider has their own privacy policy and security practices. We only share the minimum data necessary for each provider to perform their specific function.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days)
- Revoke Google OAuth access at any time
- Export your client and pipeline data from your dashboard
- Opt out of non-essential communications
To exercise any of these rights, email us at mcoleman@mpserves.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion — giving you time to export anything you need. Messages and drafts we stored from your Gmail are deleted with your account, on the same schedule.
9. Children's Privacy
MPire's services are intended for licensed real estate professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
