Goldie handles your inbox, your client moments and your old leads. You approve. First 5 clients get month one free

No tech experience required to understand this

Meet the assistant who never drops a ball.

How Goldie works, in plain English: what she does when an email lands, how she remembers your clients, and how she brings old leads back. No flowcharts.

Goldie isn't a chatbot bolted onto your inbox. She's your executive assistant, and she works in the background. She reads your Gmail, drafts replies in your voice, and keeps your pipeline in view. The one rule that never changes: she drafts, you approve. Every message, every time.

The core loop

What happens when a lead emails you.

The checking happens in the background, so you don't trigger it. The sending never does. Goldie drafts every reply. You approve every send.

  1. 01 / 06

    Lead emails you

A new lead, or an existing client, sends you an email. You might be in a showing and not see it yet. Goldie picks it up on her next check.

  2. 02 / 06

    Goldie checks your inbox

A background job checks your connected Gmail for new mail every 5 minutes. It skips promotions, no-reply and bulk senders.

  3. 03 / 06

    She finds the client profile

Goldie matches the sender to their profile in your client list, with your notes and where they are in the pipeline.

  4. 04 / 06

    She writes the draft

Using the client's profile, your onboarding voice profile, and your last few approved or edited replies as examples, Goldie writes a draft reply for emails that need one, with a one-line reason.

  5. 05 / 06

    You review and approve

The draft shows up in your inbox in the dashboard. Read it, edit it if you want, and tap approve. It sends from your own Gmail, in the same thread.

  6. 06 / 06

    You stay in control

Nothing sends on its own. Every reply goes out only after you approve it, so the message that reaches your client is one you signed off on.

Goldie checks for new mail every 5 minutes, then drafts replies for the emails that need one.

Timing can vary. She always waits for your tap before anything sends.

Beyond the inbox

She takes care of your people, too.

Answering email is one part of the job. Goldie also remembers the moments that matter to your clients, and brings back the leads that went quiet.

Moments

Each morning Goldie checks your clients for birthdays, home anniversaries and dates you added, plus the big holidays. For each one she drafts a short personal note using what you know about them: their dog, their team, the house they love. You approve it, and it sends from your Gmail.

The 14-Day Reconnect

Pick the leads that went cold, or import years of them. Goldie spreads them across 14 days and drafts a friendly note to a few each day: a check-in, a seasonal tip, something useful. Never a sales pitch. You approve each one, and when someone writes back, it shows up in your inbox.

Every morning

How the morning brief gets built.

Each morning Goldie writes a short brief from the client, task and pipeline data already in your account, and it shows up in your dashboard.

  1. Ongoing

    Goldie tracks the basics

Your pipeline board shows days in each stage, and Goldie flags clients quiet for 7+ days and deals cold for 14+ days.

  2. Morning

    Brief is written

Each morning (around 7:30 AM Eastern) Goldie writes a short brief, 2 to 4 sentences, from your real client, task and pipeline data.

  3. In the app

    It shows in your dashboard

The brief appears in your dashboard, alongside any drafts waiting for review. On Sundays you also get a weekly digest email.

  4. Your call

    You decide what to do

Read it, then work through your drafts and tasks. You choose what gets sent.

Morning briefSample data
  • Sample client A · 11 days without contact

Flagged as gone quiet. A draft may be waiting for your review.

  • Sample deal B · Under Contract

Sitting in this stage for a while. Worth a check-in.

  • Drafts ready for review

Nothing sends until you approve it.

Sample only. Not real client data.

The secret

Why Goldie sounds like you, and not a robot.

During setup, you tell Goldie how you write.

You fill in a guided profile: your tone, your bio, your goals. After that, Goldie uses your last few approved or edited replies as examples for new drafts.

The aim is drafts that sound like you. It's not a guarantee, which is why you read and edit every one before it sends.

When you approve or edit a reply, it can become one of the examples Goldie learns from next time.

Generic auto-reply · illustrative

"Hi there, thank you for reaching out! I would be happy to help you with your real estate needs. Please let me know a good time to connect."

In a casual, friendly voice · illustrative

"Hey, thanks for reaching out. I have a few places in Apex that could fit what you described. Are you free Thursday to walk through them?"

Under the hood

The technology, in plain English.

You don't need to understand any of this to use Goldie. But if you're curious:

Gmail

Goldie reads new mail in your Gmail after you connect it, skipping promotions, no-reply and bulk senders. This is the core of what she does every day.

Client database

Goldie keeps a profile for every client: their name, contact info, notes and deal stage. You can import clients from your current CRM or a CSV file. Goldie also writes a short summary for clients who have notes.

Drafting engine

Goldie writes the reply. It is given the client profile, your voice profile and a few of your own recent replies as examples.

MPire dashboard

This is where your drafts live. You open it, see every pending reply, approve the ones you want to send, and track your pipeline, all in one place.

Your data stays yours.

Goldie reads the mail in the Gmail account you connect, and uses the relevant text to write drafts. Your client data lives in a database tied to your account. We don't sell your data. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Her job description

Everything your executive assistant handles.

All of it in the product today, and all of it waits for your approval.

What Goldie does for you

  • Reads new mail in your connected Gmail and matches senders to client profiles
  • Drafts replies in your voice. Every single one waits for your approval before it sends
  • Tracks your pipeline: deal stage, history, who's gone quiet and for how long
  • Writes a short morning brief from your client, task and pipeline data, shown in your dashboard
  • Flags clients and deals going cold so you know who to follow up with
  • Goldie chat can add notes and tasks and move deal stages when you ask
  • Drafts personal notes for birthdays, home anniversaries and holidays
  • Runs The 14-Day Reconnect: no-pressure notes that warm up old and cold leads

You're always the final check. Nothing Goldie writes reaches a client until you approve it. That rule is what makes the "she drafts, you approve" system work.
