A background job checks your connected Gmail for new mail every 5 minutes, skips promotions, no-reply and bulk senders, and matches the sender to a client profile with your notes and deal stage.
Drafts replies in your voice
Goldie writes a draft reply for emails that need one, with a one-line reason. It uses your onboarding voice profile plus your last few approved or edited replies as examples. You edit anything that doesn't sound like you.
Tracks your pipeline
A kanban board (Lead, Active, Under Contract, Closed) with days-in-stage colors, going-cold flags at 7+ and 14+ days, and a projected commission from list price and your percentage. Clients import from your current CRM or CSV, and each profile holds the personal details: family, pets, interests, how you met.
Writes a morning brief
Each morning (around 7:30 AM Eastern) Goldie writes a short brief, 2 to 4 sentences, from your real client, task and pipeline data. It shows in your dashboard, and a weekly digest email goes out on Sundays.

Goldie tracks days since your last contact and sends in-app alerts about clients quiet for 7+ days and deals cold for 14+ days, checked every 2 hours. Nothing sends until you tap approve.
